After a long persuasion, cool guy(Software engg)  has made his Manger to have an one to one Year end appraisal discussion. Normally he is so busy that he cannot find time even once in a year to sit with his Team member and discuss his aspirations.

Cool Guy  :Sir,I don’t want any promotion this year  but all I want is a decent hike.
